Pros

Start you out at more money than current employees make. Don’t need any dental experience, they will hire anyone. Semi annual bonus is based off of company production not individual performance. Have met some great people.

Cons

Drama infested. Make sure you document everything because you will be thrown under the bus by someone trying to cover their own mistakes, management included. Don’t expect to be promoted unless you know someone or the managers like you. They pick their favorites but are quick to play the blame game with them as well or “delegate” their work onto other employees then take credit for it. They move employees around to different offices and sometimes into new positions including from assistant to front desk stating that it’s “temporary” but when you ask to go back to the position you are hired for, they say no. Everything is a huge secret including new offices or promotions. As soon as you start questioning things they will change protocol to back up their statements. They have a “scheduling center” (call center) and tell them to tell patients they are physically in the office and deny that it exists to referring practices. Basically, if you can put up with ALOT of BS and need to make some money, take it for what it’s worth, build your resume and get out. Turnover is really high.

Pros

They pay good, probably because if they didn’t you’d leave after 2 hours on your first day. Benefits were good

Cons

Imagine going to work at 730 and being told you don’t get lunch that day and you don’t get off until 530. Is that even legal? Cell phones? Don’t even think about it might as well leave them at home. People hide in the bathrooms to escape, but then management will Time your breaks and reprimand you for it. They have favorites that are allowed to do what they want while the rest of us had to run around like slaves, if it was legal to whip us I’m sure they would. Some doctors are actually caring while others will overcharge you so they get more money in their pockets. No morals or ethics, there is no teamwork what so ever but then blame the employees for it, managers will cuss at you. The amount of pettiness in that place is astounding. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Will fire you with no cause, saw it done to someone else. Will pin employees against each other. Drama drama drama. The previous review is so spot on!!!! Save yourself and get a job somewhere else!

Pros

Can't think of a single one.

Cons

This company has always treated the employees terrible, but since US Oral Surgery took over, it has gotten exponentially worse. They say one thing that sounds positive and good, even healthy, and then their actions say the opposite. It's all blowing smoke. I have never seen anything quite like this. It is a very abusive place and it trickles down from the executives and through some of the doctors. There is no teamwork. All the offices and departments seem to clash with one another. There is a lot of tattling and passive-aggressive behavior. It feels like working with a bunch of toddlers. Needless to say, the turnover rate is very high with this company and the benefits are terrible. There's really no positive reason to work at this place. The work-life balance is horrible. There is no opportunity for growth or promotion. Most people are looking for new jobs. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to work if you want to be treated well and actually get to see your family.
