Pros

Outings with students, helping students with their recovery

Cons

No lunch breaks, have to have someone relieve you to go to the restroom, major lay-offs due to very limited funding, low enrollment can mean your job is in jeopardy due to budget cuts, poor management that constantly gaslights students and staff, having to do grunt work like cleaning and organizing rooms in the building to “make up” hours if you are sick, zero flexibility in the schedule to allow for doctors visits etc but you will have to be flexible and work on weekends and evenings including in the community off site. Extreme lack of diversity training, no opportunities for advancement
