I was incredibly lucky to have Scott as my director during my time at Austin Rose. He was an outstanding mentor who made my first steps into recruitment such a positive experience. Scott was always supportive, open‑minded to new ideas, and genuinely cared about the people in his team. I consistently felt valued, encouraged, and inspired in my role.
