Part time schedule is good.

Cons

Upper management is horrible. If you are not part of the popular group then they treat you like crap. If you try to stand up for yourself to one of the branch bullies then you get penalized. Even if you work hard and members love you they still treat you like crap. Full time pay sucks.

Coffee and benefits are great. Management is passive aggressive.

Cons

They did not bother to tell me the position would be a loan processor, member service rep and a contact center rep combined. They steal PTO for full time employees if you come in late, even if you are working a full shift. For example, if you’re late 15 minutes they take 30 minutes of PTO no matter what reason. Very passive aggressive if you ask the same question twice. Since they don’t bother teaching anything or have any formal training or any actual procedures, they do expect you to know how to do everything. Micromanage to the fullest and it’s very high school drama even from the higher ups. No support what so ever. Poorly staffed and the company is very cheap. The lights were also so bright to the point where it would give me tension headaches, instead of turning down the lights they told me to get a doctors note.
