Pros
Working at AW has been a great experience - as a smaller sized agency the work environment is super collaborative and encourages everyone to bring ideas to the table, no matter their role or level of experience. Senior leadership are pros in the field and really smart and thoughtful about how they run the agency. I've learned so much from them already in the short time I have been here. The culture is a lot of fun with planned activities that help you connect with coworkers in a more casual format and interact with those from other departments that you may not interface with everyday. The hybrid schedule is another plus, making it easier to balance work and life which is incredibly important to me.
Cons
Nothing that you wouldn't expect at any other agency (or any company for that matter). Deadlines may make for some occasional after-hours work, but nothing unmanageable and definitely not the "normal" by any means.

Pros
Everyone is very warm and welcoming. Management wants you to succeed and gives you every opportunity to do so.
Cons
Currently, I do not have any. I'm very happy with my choice to change to a new organization.
