      The people you work with on a day-to-day basis

      Pre Covid: AG had a nice working culture, and upper management would listen to the employees. After Covid the Mermaids came in and release 25 employees by email and belittled the staff that @ 50 employees left over the next 6 months. Once Mermaids started running the company senior management turned into yes men. The ISO audits turned into a joke and if they try to FDA watch out
