Pros

- Big name brands and talent, exciting to work across well-known shows and clients - Opportunity to build confidence and resilience quickly - Fast past environment that keeps things interesting

Cons

- High pressure sales environment with targets that can feel intense and unreachable - Internal systems and processes are extremely clunky and outdated - Success is heavily dependent on your portfolio and client mix - Not a lot of structure or training - need to be proactive

Pros

There are some genuinely good people to work with.

Cons

New management blindly made a large portion of the business redundant, now backtracking and expecting those left to pick up the slack with less resources.
