Pros

There are no pros, offers nothing to employees

Cons

It's a telemarketing joint, you are scrolling through salesforce, calling the same people over and over again trying to get them to buy very average research reports or the average at best Halo system, for ridiculous prices. A large majority of clients are unhappy with what they bought, or extremely unhappy with what the invested in Staff turnover is insane Everyone is looking for new roles outside the firm The management seem to be oblivious to the product they are shoving down clients throats The direct investment products they are selling NDIS and the Convertible Notes in their Parent company (AAIG) are just downright rip offs, no clients seem happy the returns have not lived up to what investors were told.
