Pros

The entry level staff are really cool, and you can tell they all care about the “why” if this field.

Cons

There are so many, unfortunately. No structure in place, disturbingly low equity, limited information communicated, suspicious behind the scenes actions going on, you have to clean bathrooms and spaces that have nothing to do with your job, aloof decisions, owner/CEO belittles and cannot be wrong in conversation, shady. The professionalism and respect is a total joke. You could have a doctorates degree and still be treated as a peasant.

Pros

I had great coworkers. We would all be able to vent to each other about how the company was run and the many many issues.

Cons

Where to begin. While I have not worked in the role since 2021 - I received an email notification of someone leaving a 1 star review. This made me reflect on my time there. First, I hope people interviewing for at this company do their due diligence and read these reviews. My opinion is all 5 star reviews you see, are from internal employees that get special perks. I would not trust these 5 star reviews - considering that most reviews are 1 stars and provide lots of detail. When I worked there - I was shocked by how unorganized everything was. Honestly, my interview process was not great, as one of the interviewers forgot they even scheduled an interview with me! Very telling and I should have known then. I found the CEO to unprofessional as she purposely invited her favorite employees to her house or outings. And yes, the favoritism was apparent in the workplace as well. When I put in my two weeks - she was absolutely cold and rude. Seeing the reviews with the turn over rate continuing to be so high - I am glad formers employees can see their worth and get out of there! You would think with this being center for a population with disabilities that it would be a great place to work - wrong! This for-profit company is the worst place I have worked to this day. I could go on, but hopefully my point comes across: would not recommend working here.
