Two buildings with separate age groups

Cons

The BCBAs are incompetent and the owners are worse. There have been reports of alcohol and drug use on campus and nothing was done about it. The owner likes to sweep issues under the rug and will ask staff to lie.

The kids you work with are amazing PTO

Cons

The owner and supervisors are in it for the money. Politics within the company are off the chain The company will fire or push you out if you don't align with their manipulative game. Not a lot of room for career advancement They do not supervise future BCBAs in school
