Pros

Good professionalism training, other therapist are fantastic humans

Cons

I’m not normally one to believe reviews however when a company do everything they can to remove or hide negative reviews.. RED FLAG. All the positive reviews on here are from management because they are desperate to keep up their façade and they can’t delete glassdoor reviews. - Very limited understanding of autism and neurodiversity. Some unethical practices, when employees questioned they were asked to leave. Management said to a therapist it doesn’t matter if the kids find it traumatising because they are too young to remember. - Parents pay 130k+ a year for 1:1 therapy, however majority of the time they are being grouped due to staff shortages (very high turnover) - Don’t care about employees well-being. when therapists have said they feel burnout it was held against them. Any part of the job that was fun was taken away with new management because it was not clinically focused. - Business model is employee cheap new grads then treating them like rubbish once they have to pay them more. - Big micro management culture. There is no trust in employees to do their job. When WFH employees were made to be on a zoom call all day so they could be monitored. - Very toxic and exploitative. To get a promotion/living wage you have to say yes to anything they ask you to do.

Pros

Amazing like minded staff Good location

Cons

The company lies and deceives staff to get them through the door. As there is such a high turn over of staff- those on the floor are often left strained, understaffed and unsupported. Promised a pay rise when in initial contract talks at a minimum wage $21.50/h... such manipulation of staff as it takes well over a year in average to attain even the slightest pay rise (unlike the 2-3 months as promised) Staff are made to jump through ridiculous hoops in such a degrading and unprofessional manner. Don’t even get me started on the quality of service and inconsistent therapy this leads to the children getting. Deception and withholding information from families happens on a daily basis. Therapists are all amazing, however this company leaves good people feeling worthless. DO NOT WORK HERE; DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. This company needs to be shut down

Pros

Fellow therapists are like minded and nice

Cons

Upon first week staff members said “save yourself”. Everyone should listen! Disgusting treatment of staff with competent people fired weekly. Highest turnover rate I’ve ever seen (most therapists only work there for a few months at the most). Those who aren’t fired resign very quickly. Generally all workers think the culture is toxic. The trainers are terrible and have no idea what’s going on with the kids. As a result the kids suffer with new, untrained therapists every week. It was obvious why so many of the kids were regressing and not making any worthy progress. The whole setup is laughable. The therapists clearly love the kids but management does not care about them AT ALL. They’re just interested in profit, not whether they’ve actually done their job and helped a child.
