      I had a wonderful, learning experience with my time at ASC.

      Pros

      It is self-rewarding, very flexible, good training and makes you feel like its second family after so long.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the ceiling of compensation is too low for me. After 4 years, you cap out on raises and can't earn anymore money. Otherwise, I would continue my career in this company.

      Easy work as direct support staff

      You mean nothing to the company, they will terminate you if they feel like it, doesn't matter if you've saved 2 families from leaving their agency.
