      great environment, great staff, mediocre management

      Pros

      some of the best coworkers i have ever had, amazing friendships, amazing experiences seeing the changes the clients made and their progress

      Cons

      workload kept getting heavier and heavier with limited to no supervisory aid, lack of care for time off availability and requests, sick policy was not sufficient for a full years time

      I loved working with the kiddos. They were so fun to get to know and to work with.

      Cons

      The management would often set unrealistic goals for each level of employee. Management would treat employees unfairly across the company.
