Micromanaging managers, poor communication, unfair disciplinary actions, management do not listen to feedback and are extremely unapproachable.

Some of the frontline workers are really nice and very professional.

Cons

there is a definate lack of leadership. Management expect you to have esp to know what they want. No help, understaffed with unrealistic expectations. Enter with eyes wide open.

What a progressive interviewing experience! As a shortlisted candidate, I not only received profiles of who I was meeting with (helped me get to know them and have some prepared questions to connect with them during the interview), details on the necessary logistics (where to park, how to access the building etc which meant I didn't have to spend the time figuring this out myself) but I also received the interview questions in advance allowing me time to prepare my responses and present my best self on the day.

Cons

My experience was great and nothing to note here.
