      Pros

      Lovely head office space, supportive management, ideas are welcome and you're given freedom to innovate and be creative, really caring people who love what they do. Office has a sensory room! Lots of opportunities to move around within the charity and explore other options through secondments - if you're good and noticed.

      Cons

      Currently no pension contributions, pay freeze, no incremental salary increases, can be hard sometimes to be noticed by the right people. High staff turnover in some areas.
