Pay is good Manager is pretty flexible with scheduling Not commissions Many benefits Holiday gifts are generous Training is usually with another new hire not alone Upper management seems nice Management walks around with food and drinks on busy holidays to keep you energized Returns and Expediting department brings in a lot of goodies
Cons
Horrible communication from upper management Atmosphere is high schoolish Not very professional Many catty arguments Phones are slow Don't get fully trained on everything Many fake people Schedule starts on sunday so if you are off saturday you have no idea when you're working sunday and cannot plan a weekend.
