Pros
Other employees can be fun to work with. Maintenance guys are hilarious.
Cons
Upper management is a mess. Will get mad over such small issues. They like to point fingers rather than take just an ounce of blame. It’s a complete mess. Sometimes the owner won’t even pay out bonuses after saying they would. The turnover rate is ver high and it is hard to hire employees when they hire at minimum wage and increase pay by a couple cents as a “raise”. Company has fallen in quality and rightfully so. Do not work here.
