Pros

Overtime is plentiful, it's a steady paycheck. A lot of locations and its possible to move around. There are career advancement opportunities

Cons

Pay is not the best for the workload. Alot of corporate BS A ton of negative changes since Kinderhook bought them. Pricing is all over the place creating upset customers all the time.

Good for highschool graduates or a summer gig. They were always happy to rehire me for the summer help which was peak season.

Cons

Management comes and goes. Alot of warehouse drama, which is common in the field.
