- Aging hardware.I had the same laptop from the start and it was not new when I started. By the time I left, it was probably about 6-7 years old - Understaffed support team, at least since the lockdown
LOTS of "hurry up and wait". You're rushed to finish a project that doesn't get used for months, or even at all. When someone leaves, they would rather redistribute that work to others than just hire a replacement. You basically have to torture them to get a deserved promotion.
