Pros

Co workers are great and the job flexibility are good.

Cons

Company is currently losing money due to the lack of a market for their outdated product. Missed its IPO for the 3rd time this past year. Company is struggling and upper management is blind to the fact they are abusing their staff by a lower than average salary, no raises in over 5 years, and lack of movement within the company except for out the door.

Pros

Most people below senior staff level are easy to work with. The product concept is a good one and has the potential to change healthcare.

Cons

Senior staff runs the company on outdated practices and virtually sets up its employees to fail. They are constantly yelling either among themselves or at other employees which makes for a very hostile work environment.

So many missed opportunities

The company has a potentially game changing product in molecular diagnostic testing. There are a lot of good people there doing there best to make it work. .

Cons

The whole place is run like a bad family business. There is rampant nepotism, which wouldn't be a problem if the people hired were competent, but that's rarely the case. Only obedient people rewarded. Differing opinions are not welcomed by upper management. Unfortunately, upper management will never admit the mistakes they have made and continue to make. Their fatal flaw is running the company as an instrument company when it should be run as a chip company. They can't wrap their heads around this fact.
