      Over the years, my concerns have always been taken seriously by Meredith. Changes continue to be made to improve process and customer experience.

      Learning about the Salesforce ecosystem.

      Cons

      Product: Consistently unstable performance of platform resulting in very low customer satisfaction and retention. Overly complex and under delivered. People: Toxic culture. Sales leadership was unqualified and ineffective. Not enough qualified technical pre-sales help. Lower tier technical staff was very difficult to get assistance from due to low morale, poor communication, zero teamwork and no enthusiasm. Process: To start there was no process, zero. Later attempts at implementation failed due to high turnover. Management not wiling to invest in adequate and basic office technology necessary to support an effective sales effort.

      Good Healthcare, many talented team members.

      Cons

      At times toxic work environment due to bad leadership. Lots of office politics due to senior new hires. Many original team members and two co founders have departed due to that.
