Pros
It can be very fun and you will have great expeirences with some of your teammates. Drive one kart and you go from "I don't feel like it today" to "That was fast" and get energized to work. Supervisors are like your big brothers who understand you well.
Cons
Management needs to get things straighten up. The majority of employees are grown, young adults but their work ethic can be like a slob. Most of my teammates have different types of substance abuse, emotional and mental issues. They can be overly rude, disrespecfult, aggressive and use threats against their co-workers. For a place that has proven its busiest business hours, they have shortage of staffs too often and won't let you take break sometimes "Cuz its busy".
