    Pros

    Best place to work as no local expectations of sales and channel actions. It’s almost summer so office is already empty... love it..

    Cons

    Local leadership team hates each other and it shows every day.. not very motivational for the rest of us.

    Advice to Management

    Time for a chance down here ...

    Some good technology and application
    Some good people

    Cons

    Bad middle management protecting themselves from the annual chop and change.
    A huge click culture and a need to be part of excessive drinking and other "activities" to fit in
    Zero work life balance if you want to keep your job
    Toxic back stabbing and politics
    Seeing good people go so manager can save there backsides is very sad
    HR is just there to help managers get people out when direction changes
    Constant change of direction

    Advice to Management

    Stop letting good people go

    Pros

    -Good culture
    -Good health benefits
    -Good products
    -Good people

    Cons

    -Some management has no idea how to manage
    -Their entire sales and marketing process is broken
    -Lots of change. The company prioritise profit over people. The sales team has been made redundant
    -Don't be surprise if your job is no longer there in 6 months

    Advice to Management

    Build a strong strategy on where you're headed. Don't cut staff just because you can't satisfy your shareholders. Your greatest asset is your people.

    promotion is often by politics and/or cronyism
    management communications are too often by company-speak
    consensus decision-making culture means that dissenting opinions are discouraged

    Seek performance feedback on your direct reports from those reporting to them. Make it a standard part of the system and keep it safe (confidential).

    Pros

    Good compensation and perks compared to industry - great to ride the gravy train in short term. Some nice people work there.

    Cons

    No future unless YOU LICK the right BUTTS constantly or else you'll slide into the terminate list - especially when $$ are needed to impress stock holders

    They don't need advice - apparently
