- Leadership and upper management are poor. The entire team working around CEO at one point left due to poor management and leadership. - Engineering leadership is virtually non-existent with the CTO regularly unavailable or out of the office. - Cultural values are never quite lived up to by the entire team which creates a toxic environment - Any diversity progress that was made was quickly undone by the poor and toxic culture as most of the women left who worked there and replaced with more of the male attitude and personality that meshes with the CEO

The women were interviewed and that was followed by inaction, which prompted more women and people to leave. - Senior leadership, which consists of all Caucasian males, only listens to opinions that match their own and favors those with such opinions. - Weekly meetings with no results/action - Low morale
