      Was a great first job. Small local company so growing is hard unless you are a engineer. People are smart, and fun.

      Cons

      The quality system sucks. The quality of the products are great. But the system to make sure sucks. Kept getting better more advance business certifications for "Reasons".

      Work that varies every day. All the responsibility you can handle. Great boss, wonderful place to work. great team, or used to be before the layoff
