Money is relatively better as compared to Indian markets. Payment wires are immediate but heavily delayed. It is a managerless firm so you're responsible for your own work and performance. You get what you work- fair share!

1. Dictator-Slave behavior at the organization 2. Toxic work culture, inhumane 3. Company CEO is confused about his decisions 4. Uninformed firing (No I wasn't fired but say out of 10, 8 employees get fired without any prior notice or information every now and then) 5. No notice period offered or allowed 6. HR team sucks! They're unresponsive. Your FnF will not be paid so keep following up, no one will answer back to your woes. Crux: 0 Job security. 0 salary guarantee. 0 work culture. 0 self-respect & appreciation.
