Absolute lack of direction in the company

The management doesn't know what they are doing. Every manager seems to be lost in their own world unconnected to any other department. Zero to no guidance on what the cost of a project is. The sales department estimates the products cost forcing engineers to find loopholes to produce the projects. They let people go all the time for no apparent reason. Every employee there is afraid of being let go on a daily basis especially if they say no to a higher up. You ask anyone that works there and they will tell you how stressful it is to work for a non goal oriented company with Zero to no development plan for its employees. Survival is by not being seen and keeping a low profile. Avoid working there at all costs.
