The changes that will be made under the new leadership of Chief Sales Officer, Chris Riley should be good news for you. He has spent the last 30 days doing a deep dive into the programs and processes of the Sales organization and has a clear vision about the way forward. Please hang in there and see if we can't regain your confidence in Automation Anywhere.

Thank you for your candid review. It's greatly appreciated. Without setting expectations too high, we would like to note that we've got an amazing new compensation team on the case and they're going to root out the isolated situations where our compensation isn't competitive. And we've got a new CIO that just joined a week ago and he'll be looking streamlining process that gets in the way of getting work done.

A lot of maturity needed with no evidence of it coming

Pros

There are some great employees although they are generally looking to leave.

Cons

Promotion of incompetence is common, little if any use of its own product, managers who have no idea how to manage and everything is left to the last minute without any concern for employees wellbeing which appears to be an after thought most of the time. Co founders need to get out of the way, at least 2 of them are border line psychopathic and in a public company would have been moved out. An internal campaign to get the glassdoor rating up has resulted in a lot of glowing reviews from India which should be discounted as they are possibly the worst treated part of the org All back office teams mean well but are understaffed which results in many broken or slow processes Wasting large amounts of money on hiring people from massive companies assuming they can help but they tend to come in worrying only about themselves and struggle without a known brand behind them (eg sap or Microsoft)
