I could go on forever.....( 1 star is a little to generous rating for this organisation) 1. This review is for freshers who have just began their career, you will be put in a domain irrespective of your graduate domain, and i have seens my colleagues do it...they say they have an own matrix for it but it all a lie, in reality the good positions and roles are given to a certain caste and subcaste people. And it doesn't matter what u are interested in they dont give a damn. 2.Not at all reccomend for freshers , as of now they have a bond of 3 yrs so once you get in its a trap(like iam now), in order to leave you have to pay a huge amount which is more than their annual package. 3.Worst management there is: the staff is more on the older side and always shout , yell, cuss and argue instead of solving the problem. 4.There are lot of internal problems that are limit your personal growth , like the management and politics. 5.The HR department is a joke and has no professionalism, ethics and zero humanity. Instead of helping you or solving the issue they take it on their ego, they will play with your life. 6.The work life balance is absurd...basically no life or your life is work.....i have seen colleagues work do 18hrs shift or even 22 hrs shift and they expect to come sundays too. Also i myself have done 2 straight shifts god knows how many times ,Despite doing it all they cuss at you with all the foul language. 7.I have been doing all dirty work being a graduate engineer, i take xerox, take printouts , and all clerk work. 8.The whole organisation hardly has people that are actually qualified for the role or domain, there are people who hold a mere diploma degree and are at the very top positions like department head and factory head, and there knowledge is very limited. hardly there are any engineers. 9.I could just carry on with ease.....FRESHERS PLEASE BE CAREFUL, DO NOT JOIN AT ANYCOST , ITS A TRAP......
