      None any I can think of. You could take a job here and continue applying for other jobs non-stop until you find something decent

      Cons

      so many I can think of... This is a family operation, so many people are involved in the company only because they are somehow related. and this starts at the top For example, the sheer incompetence of the CEO is remarkable. I saw him make so many obviously wrong decisions that lead to direct loss of money, yet he's still the CEO this is a startup, yet their employee turnover is very, very high. there is a reason for that Their bio-technology is unproven in practice, that's probably why they are unable to get more funding

      - Pay is good for entry - Hiring process is fast

      Cons

      - Very low staff morale - Have to work in a basement, in dim lighting - Time off is heavily looked down upon - Generally hostile atmosphere - Management is new and lacks structure

      Nothing at all to depict in terms of pros. There is nothing..

      Cons

      So many.. I can't even list them all here. But the biggest threat is the owner's mindset. They don't treat you with respect but do like you are their servants. There are literally no systems. The "system" they claimed is an very old fashioned which none is using anymore because true owners are used that improper system. You would still be on their payroll system even though you left the company 6 months ago because they kept saying they were busy. I strongly do not recommend this company for anyone. I saw one lady left on the first day.
