Ugly experience - Zero leadership - High turn over

Pros

Friendly coworkers, central office in CBD, free snacks and drinks, regular company trips and social events.

Cons

Poor leadership team with no respect or trust to employees. Massive turnover - people suddenly disappearing without an explanation. Unrealistic expectations from the leadership team. No room for career growth. No Human Resources in place to support employees. Lack of diversity in teams.

Good product. Overall a great group of colleagues. Snacks and drinks provided.

Cons

Awful upper management with no people skills. Many many people quietly leaving without explanation. More hiring results in more firing.
