Pros

Great company culture & people to work with. Has the closeness of a "small" company, but with the resources and desire to succeed/grow of one of the bigger DMS companies. I've worked at other automotive software companies, and Autosoft has been my favorite by far. Excited for what the future holds for both myself and the company! Big things coming!

Cons

Working from home means missing out on the in-person social aspect of being around co-workers, but that's not the company's fault (thanks a lot covid). Team communication still works great virtually, so not a big deal work wise.

Pros

Autosoft has changed a lot in the past year, and while it isn’t perfect, the progress is real. Leadership is clear and direct about expectations, which has made a noticeable difference in how we work. My manager has been helping me grow through coaching and book recommendations that have broadened my management perspective. I’ve felt genuinely supported in my role here. The mission of serving low-volume dealers is clear, and it’s motivating to know the work we do directly supports that purpose.

Cons

We are still working through the history of toxic culture, technical debt, and misaligned planning. Some processes are being rebuilt, and not all teams are moving at the same pace. Change takes time, but the momentum is there and the commitment is real.
