they teach newcomers in the industry very well, i had joined coming out of high school with no prior knowledge to any trades and going forward i have learned a lot. From setting ceilings and learning to set walls, carpentry, soffit building/installing, electrical. They also trained me to use special equipmentmen over there as well such as scissor lifts and operating large hoists.
Cons
I think they should communicate more with their work team for more common problems that come up, then again they do a good job of that already.
