Pros

Production has a very diverse environment. The people work very hard on the production floor. People seem to like working in the batch room.

Cons

Management does nothing to help production employees. They part ways with people to try to get out of things like FMLA, short term disability or whenever a crisis happens in someone's life, no matter how serious. Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. They hire hard working refugees and pay them nothing when a lazy American can make a much higher wage. Human resources discloses personal information and are completely dishonest and not qualified. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Pros

Most coworkers are hardworking and easy to get along with.

Cons

There are some unfair wage practices that favor people with degrees, hiring them into jobs that do not reportedly require degrees and starting them at wages above others who are supposedly in a higher tier of pay.

Pros

It is some on the easiest work I've ever done. The production floor is climate controlled. Over all it is a clean place.

Cons

The work is repetitive, (sometimes painful) and takes very little thought. Production workers are treated as if they have very low intelligence. Ergonomics and safety are paid lip service. These issues could be easily rectified but that would cost money. Communication from the management is often passive or non-existent. For example a co-worker told me that we have Presidents' day off but I have not heard this from the management so I have to drive 35 miles to work on the chance that we don't have work.
