Pros

If you manage to become their favourite employee and if you're a good looking man, you have a good opportunity to succeed.

Cons

1. No such thing called HR person or policy. So if it is your first day, expect to wait for a couple of hours. You will be greeted by the security and the dog. 2. If they like you, they will try to be nice to you, they'll invite you for drinks, will give you work and will make sure that you're mentally well. 3. Be prepared to gossip and gossiped. 4. Don't mind your business, you have to poke your nose in every matter. 5. You have to work all day long and even on the weekends. Basically you have to dedicate yourself to the company for peanuts. 6. Never expect appreciation. 7. Be careful who you call your friend at Autumn. 8. You will be body shammed, age shammed and questioned. 9. You will always work in tremendous pressure and fear. 10. CEO doesn't care about the employees. 11. You will always feel like a loser.

Pros

Money needed for survival

Cons

Employee uneccentric, a working hell, upper management only thinks about profits and creates an illusion that it cares for its employees, have to be there until we find a good opportunity outside, or suffer silently until we get a new job. Analytics head demands us to work on Saturday, Sundays and holidays with no compensatory Off (thinks it's a sin for employees to think of anything other than work 365 days a year). you are expected to leave all family functions and be present at work just because they have understaffed and unable to manage efficiencies. When there is too much work they can’t help us with more people and expect us to handle it without any help and it’s not infrequent in nature but happens on a regular basis. There is no concept of work life balance here it’s ONLY work balance (with so much of work). They feel it’s a superior organization but only a (Quoting other person’s review here) - "Cheap mental labor factory for young people". Until I left Autumn I thought this is how this industry works, however it’s far from truth. After Leaving Autumn I have realized that one can enjoy both work, spend time with friends and family. Don’t join here and get trapped.
