Challenging industry to learn but once you learn is very valuable

Accountability doesn’t exist, especially for those in leadership positions. High performers punished with harder workloads to make up for low performers. No growth opportunities or career advancement. The same 5 people who have been there forever get promoted over and over, they have no interest in developing younger/fresher talent which is why everyone who’s actually good keeps leaving.They will hire people from the outside at higher pay and titles and ignore those who have been there for years. Claims department is a circus. With how important claims processing is to the company, the outlook is grim.
