Pros

There are no Pros. The people are awful and there's way too many pointless meetings. People have tons of ego and attitudes.

Cons

They hired me "FULL TIME" as a "Permanent Employee". Initially they told me it was a contract then they called me back later to say the position was converted to a Permanent Position... I left my old Job during CoVid was forced to go into the office for no reason what-so ever while there the HR LADY TOLD ME her husband had CoVid. I felt bad but kept thinking why are you here. I am not sure what their problem is but the people looked very unhappy I am sure they pretend to be happy. It's a definite lie. The leadership and contractors there don't know what they're doing. I feel bad for their clients. In the end they fired me after 2 weeks which "coincidentally" was the length of the contract for the position they originally stated they were hiring for. However, It was the most obvious LIE EVER. I was fired after 2 weeks just like the other people commented in the review. I should have checked the reviews before accepting.

Pros

The people were nice, and the compensation package was good. I enjoyed meeting the folks at their HQ in Plantation, FL.

Cons

They reached out to me to join them, offered me a great compensation package, got me to leave my previous job of 4 years, and then fired me in under a month over the Christmas and New Year holiday - so I never got a chance to even start. I would have been better off if I never met them.

Sometimes, as part of the hiring process there can be a misalignment of skillset to the role. If this is realized early on it is only fair for all parties to terminate employment sooner, rather than later. This is better than trying to force someone into a role that they would not be able to be successful in. To be fair in this situation we provided the employee a higher than normal severance package to allow them time to get back on their feet. It’s unfortunate and we like to avoid this from happening, but, it's critical that both parties to the hiring process clearly understand the capabilities match for success in a role to avoid such an unfortunate circumstance.

Pros

There are some good people at this company, they're just insulated from what is happening.

Cons

A toxic, back stabbing culture where everyone cares about themselves in which directives change daily and bullying and criticism is the most common management style. Lying to potential new hires and berating co-workers seems to be a common trait. Strategy? Changes constantly. Don't even think about considering this company.

Im sorry that you feel this way and that things didnt work out for you. Our Sales & Marketing Department has very high standards for performance and the current team has been very successful at delivering results. This year alone we added more clients than we ever have in Auxis history and most of the growth was driven from the efforts of the sales & marketing team. We understand that some cultures are not for everyone and at Auxis we look for employees that are passionate, welcome change, are flexible, focus on quality, have an entrepreneurial spirit and are team players who can perform at their peak! We are sorry that this fast-paced environment was not better suited for you and wish you all the best in your future employment.
