      Thank you for firing me and I got a good offer in another company and I am very happy here Unethical in all way Company with no job security Micro management and no opportunity for team to speak up The team is put under enormous pressure due to managements decision No clear plan, Too many changes in the requirements, a lot people let go and some people not qualified to be in the position they are in

      Please dont believe in the positive reviews in glassdoor. They are written by the management. If you really planning to join this company talk to existing people visit office see environment check benefits and decide. or you will really worry about it.

      1. Bad office bad environment and bad management 2. Not paid on time 3. Abnormal management Three most important bad things as an employee of this start up that I look at.

      This place is suitable only for the people who crave for madness, does not have any idea to reach their goals, desperate to forget whatever technologies they learnt. Sorry, others who are sincere and got a passion to grow in their careers won't handle !!
