Pros

if you are in financial crunches you can join this company for 2-3 months.. being a recruiter you dont need to submit resume there would be a sourcer who will source resume for you but you will not be get username and password for job portals. including Dice and monster and rest of the portals they dont have anything.

Cons

Dont submit your Original educational document. No knowledge of technical skills. Even you can submit a java developer on .net position by changing title of the resume. If you are late ready for salary deduction for the half day. Not allowed for nonveg or egg lunch or dinner In a year they will give you 8 leaves.. or only 8 leaves in 365 day and if you'll take off on monday 2 days salary deduction. But at the time of interview they will say they will give you 12 leaves in a year. No salary account and responsible person for salary distribution doesnt care if she is late on her schedule. Cant take leaves between 1-7 of every month if you will take leave between 1-7 of any month so your salary will come late number of day absent multiply 2 and through cheque. suppose for you take 3 days leaves so you 'll get your salary on 13th of that month. Shift timing are too long. 7 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST and it could be converted as Overtime without notification. No power backup. Power is not there then still you have to be there in dark in office till morning. Get ready to serious fight with other recruiters for submission purpose and management will never resolve it. HR will lie you at the time of interview that Metro is the best way to commute but in actually metro run after 6 AM monring. So dont trust on HR working. Can ask you to work you on Holiday and recruiters are requested to get the words on written otherwise they will not pay salary for that working day.

Pros

I can't seem to find pros yet in my 6 months of tenure

Cons

The management has changed 2 months before and things have become very bad. Requirement assignment is crucial in a staffing firm. There is partiality in Requirement assignment. Fruitful requirements from responsive clients which give placements are given to the managers close associates. Rest everyone has to work on old requirements on which hundreds of staffing companies have already scorched the market and there are potentially no candidates left to submit. Shift is 9 hours and 30 minutes plus 30 minutes after the shift for meetings. So, it's 10 hours of shift plus 3 hours of travel for me every day. 15 hours gone with no good feeling when you go home. Tenured agents here will not help you with anything. They will be happy when you are scolded. Salary comes on 7th of every month. If 7th is SUnday, salary will come on 8th. Very small office space. So space to walk around or take breaks. 1 small table for lunch. only 2 people can sit and eat at one time. Rest everyone has to wait for their turn to eat. You have to come 10 minutes prior to shift and be logged in when the shift starts else your day will start badly.

Pros

I dont' see any pros yet. If you are expert in buttering then you can survive.

Cons

There are a couple of recruiters who have spend more than 2 years here currently. They work exclusively on the clients that give placements. Anyone else works on Backlog requirements of non responsive clients which are atleast one month old. It is extremely difficult to find candidates on backlogs. No time to learn is provided. No training whatsoever. I am a fresher here with 3 months of experience in recruitment. My target is to make 3 submissions every day. The problem is that I don't know how to use tools like Job Diva yet. I have asked for training. The managers say they will train you but they don't. End of the day I am humiliated in front of everybody.
