      Average basic salary package 5% pension contribution Office fruits twice per week Friendly colleagues No much pros to share, unfortunately.

      Very Busy environment, company is growing but management expect the same head count deals with much volume of activities, no life balance Blame culture Shouting around No profesional development Poor management Too small office No facilities

      nice team, good colleagues, some even listen

      Cons

      few leader that think that only thanks to them the company exist no chance for the rest no where to grow over all very cheap company, need to beg for simple things

      Unappreciative environment, not too many good to say

      *Some basic food in the kitchen a few times a week *Sometimes promote people within the company, opportunity to grow

      Cons

      *Well, having some bread and hummus in the kitchen and say "well, we give you food" just feels like a slap in the face when comparing it to other places. *If they ever promote you - they will hold it under your head constantly as if they did you a favor and you didn't work very hard for it *No ten bis, for some people no parking spots. very cheap *No appreciation whatsoever for hard work, the laziest people take credit for someone else's hard work *Bad management, all the way to the top
