Very flexible, no hierarchy, always to open to listen to the employees concerns/ thoughts / innovations etc. and it always motivates and give the credit for the work of the employees. I have started my career with Avaali and i am very thank full for the exposure it has given me in the corporate world and the way it has molded me to grow in my career. I don't think so, i would have got this kind of exposure in other companies. I feel lucky to be a part of Avaali Solutions which is growing and competing with top IT companies in India and other geographies.
