      Do not ever think about joining this company, no infrastructure, no proper management. No work ethics. If you leave this company they will keep you salary on hold.

      Pros

      I possess B.E.(Auto), M.B.A.(HR) and got an Offer @ Campus Recruitment Drive conducted by Avacend. Resumed work as Management Trainee and elevated as Recruiter by the Training and support provided by the company. Served 3 years with them. Later received an offer from a fortune 500 IT Company but unable to continue for longer months due to health issues and unable to rejoin with them. I applied to rejoin with Avacend got selected and they fortunately Offered me a Senior position. Glad to rejoin with my First Company!
