Pros
salary on time , good vibes , never had any issues regarding management or teamwork.
Cons
don't really have a chance to be promoted or anything , never got a salary bump in over 3 years , only had 1 client to work on , and after poorly negotiating with the client , they fired people because they didn't have the budget for salaries or the interest in signing other clients.
