      Excluded from company Gallup survey, nobody to talk to

      Pros

      Australian team are excluded from the company survey, we have nobody to talk to. Our boss doesn't listen. Can we please have a survey, or a chance to give feedback on our boss and our work?

      Cons

      We are remote and isolated, please can someone check in with the Australian team how we are doing, we do not get any chance to give any feedback or comments to anyone, we have no office with colleagues to talk to, and the boss is not a good listener.
