Pay is not that great, you have to constantly beg and gravel for them to pay what you are actually worth in the industry.
High turn over rate - they seem to love to lay people off (especially those who are pregnant or have significant life changes coming up), people are constantly quitting or getting fired. The wrong people are getting laid off or fired.
The CEO is a trickster. She appears to act like she cares about your career growth and your concerns, but eventually finds ways to stunt your growth or you get laid off.
Lack of diversity in leadership roles. There is not one person of color in a VP role and up. Aside from a couple of directors on the team, any person of color who has gotten close to even getting a director role has been laid off or fired.
