None. There's no positive thing about working here.

Cons

No work/ like balance. No annual raises. Upper management are bullies. As a whole, the company is just out for money and don't care about the employees. They say there's room for advancement but they just lie, to your faces.

Don't trust anyone no matter how much you like them. keep to yourself. do not fall into managements traps! a target on your back means start looking!! it's only a matter of time.

Cons

favoritism, manipulation, work holidays and overtime and no one cares if there's bad weather. they will tell you they'll pick you up so you have no choice but to go in.
