      Decent salary, but nepotism affects company culture

      Salary is decent .Staff was good to work with

      Nepotism. Diluted organsisation structure with more thans 30 vp's in roughly a 200 employee organization The senior staff, hires their friends from previous roles to make their position stronger in the company. No proper HR.
