CEO is never there so it's easy to be lackadaisical. Pay is descent when they actually pay you.

Cons

Payroll checks actually bounced multiple times. Sometimes they would ask as not to deposit immediately and other times they would hold them for more than a week!

Pretty fun, laid back work environment.

Cons

CEO is a nit job. He’s egotistical, condescending, and frequently railroads good initiatives and thought brought forth by the COO and other senior leaders. The company would run better without him.
