- Innovative company now that it's AvantHC Powered by Real Chemistry - Everyone I've had the pleasure of working with is kind, hardworking, and helpful - They encourage you to take time off and they respect and honor your time off. I've never once gotten a text or call while on PTO. I consider this a huge pro since this was never the case at my previous employer.

Cons

Like any agency, there are tight deadlines and a lot of work. Sometimes this means poor work/life balance
