Stay well clear of this company, they do not value their staff or customers. The Northeast region has a very high staff turnover as the management are bullies. The trainer at the sales academy made the new starters write the good reviews below. The management in the Northeast region are very hard sellers and if you don't get a sale they come down on you like a ton of bricks. They use bully tactics and force Sales Advisors to make customers reserve and because of this the customer cancels within a few days. It has become a lot worse since they have brought in new management, the previous managers were brilliant so really at a loss as to why they were pushed out. I can't stress enough about not working for this company and don't believe the below reviews!

North east sales team full of bullies at management level and don't understand the avant way of doing things...… houses are way over priced aswell

Too many to list but I'll try... The good people have left. It's turning into Persimmon, not much is left of the old Avant.. Money and profit driven over product. Some directors are creating a "snitch" culture to suck up to new leadership. Lot's of rumours going around as no sense of ownership or communication. No culture. Can't work from home, leadership team don't believe in it. Got covid? Better come to work still. Want to spend money? Absolutely not. Even teabags and coffee were changed because Yorkshire tea was too expensive. Won't be surprised if we have to start bringing our own loo roll. Feel sorry for the customers who are buying the new product under Avant's name.
